 1. A large brood with quite a few "golden fry" erectus.
2. My  "pumpkin fry"
3. Second H.capensis pair. I had 2 males and one female and my friend Liisa found me a second female from someone named Mona. I dubbed the new girl MonaLiisa.
4. My friend Liisa who may have been the first to breed seahorses in her home in California. She got her stock in 1999 and was an accomplished breeder when we met in 2003. This picture was taken at Scripps pier. You can see the sand filters behind her that process the water for the Birch Aquarium. Hobbyist could drive down to the pier in La Jolla and fill SW jugs from the hose.
5. My Fav seahorse Whitie when he was a little tyke.

Laurasea, you can already see the white coloring on his chest. Sometimes he would turn a metallic silver color when he was courting.

Me too Tami. I really like the caps and it was a sad day when I realized that no one had them in the hobby anymore.
